A Transparent Path from
Enquiry to Delivery
THARWAT ALEBDAA GENERAL TRADING L.L.C. can present its Trade Process as a structured commercial pathway designed to move each opportunity from initial enquiry through sourcing, contracting, documentation, shipment and delivery. This process supports the company’s documented activities in General Trading, Offshore Crude Oil Trading, Offshore Refined Oil Product Trading, together with Hamriyah Free Zone import/export and trading activities covering petroleum products, petrochemicals, foodstuff and beverages.
-
Enquiry &
RequirementThe process begins with a clear understanding of the buyer’s requirement, including the commodity, specification, quantity, preferred origin, destination, required delivery period and commercial terms. Establishing these fundamentals at the beginning helps ensure that only relevant and commercially workable supply opportunities are considered.
-
Sourcing & Commercial
EvaluationTAGT can then engage suitable producers, refineries, manufacturers, processors, exporters or established suppliers to identify available supply. Offers may be reviewed against product specification, quantity, origin, pricing structure, packing or bulk form, Incoterm, shipment schedule and payment expectations.
-
Offer, Negotiation &
AgreementOnce a suitable supply opportunity is identified, the parties proceed with commercial discussions covering price, quantity, specification, delivery term, inspection requirements, payment structure and documentation. Following mutual acceptance, the transaction can move to the appropriate contractual stage, such as a purchase order, commercial offer, sales and purchase agreement or other agreed trade document.
-
Documentation &
ComplianceBefore execution, the relevant parties should complete the required commercial and transaction documentation. Depending on the commodity, this may include Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Analysis, Certificate of Quality, Certificate of Quantity, Inspection Certificate, Bill of Lading and other product-specific documents. TAGT’s KYC also contains a declaration referencing accurate business information and compliance with anti-money-laundering policies, supporting a documented and responsible transaction approach.
-
Inspection & Product
VerificationWhere required by contract, independent third-party inspection can be coordinated to verify quality, quantity, weight, sampling or product conformity before loading, during loading or at another agreed inspection point. The inspection criteria should correspond directly with the agreed contractual specification.
-
Shipment & Logistics
CoordinationOnce the commercial and documentary requirements are satisfied, the goods can proceed toward shipment. Depending on the commodity, movement may involve tankers, bulk carriers, containers, ISO tanks, flexitanks, road transport, drums, bags or other suitable cargo formats, with coordination between the supplier, loading facility, transporter, shipping parties and destination receiver.
-
Delivery & Transaction
CompletionAt destination, the transaction progresses through arrival, discharge or delivery, final documentation and buyer receipt in accordance with the agreed commercial terms. Any final quantity or inspection confirmation should follow the applicable contract and documentary procedure.
-
Relationship
ContinuityTAGT’s objective is not limited to completing a single transaction. A successfully executed trade creates the foundation for repeat business, supply programs and long-term commercial relationships between reliable suppliers and qualified buyers.
